How it works

STEP 1
Find Eligible Products
Look for the Price Match Guarantee badge on the product page or under your Recent Orders section to check eligibility.

STEP 2
Compare Prices
If you've recently bought the same product at a lower price elsewhere, you're eligible to claim rewards worth the price difference.

STEP 3
Submit Your Claim
Tap the "Claim" button either on the product page or in your recent orders (within 24 hours of order placement).
You can claim a specific product once every 24 to 48 hours .
Fill in the following details:
Your Price The price you enter should be within 50% range of JMS AgroZee™ listed price. Example: If JMS AgroZee™ price is ₹100, your entered price should be ₹50 or higher. It should exclude any discounts or offers.
QuantityEnter the quantity for which you’re making the claim.
Upload Bill Bill must show the same product, quantity, and price as entered in your claim.
Should clearly mention GST details, seller name, and date
For pre-purchase claims: Bill date must be within 5 days of the claim submission date
For post-purchase claims: Bill date must be within 24 hours of order placement.

STEP 4
Track Claim Status
Once submitted, our team will review your claim. You can check status anytime by clicking “Track Claim” button on the product or order page.

STEP 5
Get Rewarded in Coins
For pre-purchase claims, coins will be credited immediately after approval.
For post-purchase claims, coins will be credited to your wallet within 24 to 72 hours of order delivery.
Pre-purchase: (JMS AgroZee™ unit rate – Claimed unit price) × Quantity claimed
Post-purchase: (JMS AgroZee™ unit rate – Claimed unit price) × Quantity purchased

Coins are valid for 1 year from the date of credit.

Terms & Conditions

1. Purpose
We want you to get the best market price always. If you find the same product at a lower price (online or offline), JMS AgroZee™ will credit you JMS Coins equal to the difference.

2. Valid Scenarios
Pre-purchase: Share a valid lower-priced invoice before placing your order. If approved, we’ll match the price by crediting coins.
Post-purchase: Upload the lower-priced invoice within 24 hours of placing your order to claim the difference.

3. Invoice Requirements
Invoice Date: Must be within 3 days of the claim submission date (for pre-purchase claims).
For post-purchase claims: Invoice must be dated within 24 hours of placing the order.
Must clearly show: Product name, quantity, price, seller name, and invoice date.
Must be issued by a valid external seller (not Agrim).
Fake or tampered documents will lead to rejection and possible disqualification from the program.

4. Coins Payout
Credited Coins = (JMS Price – Claimed Price) × Quantity Claimed
Coins will be added to your JMS wallet after claim verification.
Can be redeemed on your next purchase.
Redeemable Coins: Coins worth up to 25 % of the order value, or the total coins available in your wallet—whichever is lower —can be applied at checkout.
Coin validity: 1 year from the date of credit.
Coins cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
Coins once applied to an order cannot be refunded or credited back in case of order cancellations.

5. Ineligible Claims
Prices from limited-time offers, clearance sales, or conditional bulk discounts.
Claims made after 24 to 72 hours of order placement (for post-purchase).

6. Misuse Policy
Repeated false or unverifiable claims may lead to feature suspension for the user.
Agrim holds the right to verify, approve, or reject any claim at its sole discretion.
