TATA METRI is a selective systemic herbicide developed by Rallis India
Tata Metri Herbicide contains Metribuzin 70% WP as its active ingredient.
Metri herbicide absorbed predominantly by the roots and by the leaves with translocation in the xylem.

Technical Name: Metribuzin 70% WP
Mode of Entry: Systemic
Mode of Action: The herbicide is primarily absorbed through the roots and also through the leaves, with translocation occurring via the xylem. It disrupts electron transfer by inhibiting photosystem II during photosynthesis. It inhibits photosynthesis in target weeds, causing their death.

Tata Metri Herbicide acts through the roots and leaves and therefore, can be used for both pre- and post-emergence applications.
No residual effect on succeeding crops.
